Basic Investigation and Registration System

Industry background

With the widespread application of unmanned aircraft in various industries, "flight fever" and "aerial photography fever" continue to rise among personal enthusiasts. However, accompanying problems are becoming increasingly prominent: incidents of unidentified aircraft intruding into vital sensitive areas, interfering with normal civil aviation flights, and aerial photography leaking national defense secrets are increasing.

In April 2023, the State Council executive meeting reviewed and passed the "Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of Unmanned Aircraft (Draft)" (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations). These regulations clearly state that unmanned aircraft shall implement a real-name registration management system according to national regulations, standardize unmanned aircraft flights and related activities, improve the regulatory system and mechanism, and ensure the safety and order of flight activities.

The approval process is efficient and transparent, and takeoff can be obtained after approval, ensuring the absolute safety and order of air traffic during the event, and escorting the smooth conduct of large-scale events
