From July 17 to 19, the Global Conference on Important Agricultural Heritage opened in Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province, with the theme of "Protecting Common Agricultural Heritage and promoting Comprehensive Rural revitalization", co-organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. Agriculture ministers from 13 countries, the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, diplomatic envoys from 19 countries, senior representatives of seven international organizations including UNESCO and the World Food Program, as well as relevant experts, scholars and business representatives will attend the meeting. Details of the incident: Qingtian Public Security Bureau 16 issued a three-day no-fly announcement on 17-19, most of the people who saw the announcement complied. However, due to the omission of the information provided by the teacher of the model airplane group of Qingtian Middle School, three students flew in the school stadium on the afternoon of the 18th. When a white fixed-wing aircraft model took off at a height of 5 meters, the drone control team found the feedback at the first time, and the special police brigade arrived at the scene at the first time to negotiate the management regulations prohibiting flight during the "agricultural relic conference". Due to the timely dispatch of police, the flight did not cause the security responsibility of the conference.

In addition to the above cases, it is understood that during the conference ban, there will still be some personnel who are still holding a lucky mind and carrying out "black flight", but they have been driven away by countermeasures equipment.
