On October 18, at the opening ceremony of the third "the Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, it was announced that the "Liangzhu Forum" would be held to deepen the civilization dialogue with countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road". On the morning of December 3rd, the Liangzhu Forum officially opened in Yuhang, Hangzhou, marking the beginning of a world-class dialogue on cultural exchange, mutual learning, and coexistence.

As one of China's eight initiatives to support high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, the Liangzhu Forum, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and the China Association for Cultural Exchanges with Foreign Countries, kicked off in Liangzhu this morning. 

 It is hoped that all parties will make full use of the Liangzhu Forum platform to deepen dialogue among civilizations with countries that jointly build the Belt and Road, practice the Global civilization Initiative, strengthen exchanges and learning among civilizations, promote the concept of equality, mutual learning, dialogue and inclusiveness among civilizations, promote harmonious coexistence and mutual achievement among different civilizations, and promote mutual friendship and mutual understanding among people of all countries.

As the low-altitude security guardian unit of this conference, Jeneng Kesh dispatched a professional technical team to cooperate with local public security departments throughout the whole process, using the combination of human and technical methods, respectively, in the security command room, mobile emergency support vehicle, company data research and judgment center, etc. Conduct scientific, professional and comprehensive data research, judgment and disposal based on the "Hangzhou civil UAV public safety supervision platform, low-altitude security command and dispatch platform for large-scale events".

In order to better protect the convening of the conference, in addition to the original detection and countermeasures points, Genenkosen specially arranged to add a front-end detection device around the venue after testing the site environment one week before the conference began, which was used to better detect the UAV flight situation in and around the venue and ensure that it was foolproof. Since November 22, Geneng has assisted the public security department to detect and judge the "black flight" more than 810 sorties.

From the ancient Silk Road to the present Belt and Road cooperation, from the Liangzhu Site 5,000 years ago to the Liangzhu Forum in the new era, history and practice have proved that civilizations are enriched by exchanges and mutual learning.
