ITSS (Information Technology Service Standards) is China's first set of complete and comprehensive information technology service standards, guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Standardization Administration of China. The ITSS Level 3 certification requires enterprises to establish a well-defined operational and maintenance service capability system and validate its effective operation for at least three months, covering over 20 key indicators such as service catalog management, incident handling, emergency response, and continuous improvement.
